Bayou Sara Church, Saraland, conference

Bayou Sara Church, Saraland, will host an encouragement conference for pastors March 12–13 with Argile Smith, pastor of First Church, Biloxi, Miss., and former professor and J.D. Grey Chair of Preaching at New Orleans Seminary. The topic will be biblical preaching. The conference will be Friday at 6:30–8:30 p.m. and Saturday at 8:30–11:30 a.m. Snacks will be provided. Pre-registration is recommended by calling 251-675-1770 or e-mailing bsbcsecretary@comcast.net. The church also will hold revival March 14–17 with Smith. Evangelist Ronnie Cottingham, of Lucedale, Miss., will lead the music. Services will be Sunday at 10:50 a.m. and 6 p.m. and weeknights at 7. Child care will be provided. Dennis E. Dunn is pastor.
