Beeson Divinity School at Samford University hosted Military Chaplain Day March 1. Recruiters were on campus to speak with students about military chaplaincy and were recognized during Beeson’s chapel service.
The benefactor of Beeson’s General James M. Hutchens Military Chaplain Scholarship was present to meet Josiah Trombley, the first recipient of the scholarship for students committed to pursuing a career as an active duty chaplain. Read more about the scholarship and Trombley here.
