Beeson Divinity School Hosts World Christianity Focus 2015

Samford University’s Beeson Divinity School in Birmingham held World Christianity Focus week April 14–16 to raise awareness of Christian efforts around the globe. 

Tite Tiéntou spoke at a community worship service April 14 in Hodges Chapel on campus. Tiéntou is the dean of Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in Deerfield, Ill., as well as the co-provost, senior vice president of education, Tite Tiéntou chair of missions and global theology and professor of theology of missions.

On April 15 students had the opportunity to participate in a greet-and-eat with missiography photographers in Beeson’s Global Center. Photos from around the world were displayed. 

The focus concluded April 16 with Global Voices, where students learned about the work of a Beeson alumnus serving in East Asia. A complimentary lunch was provided.
