The 11 lawmakers, gambling bosses, lobbyists and others who were arrested Oct. 4 in a FBI “bingo” probe and charged with a vote-buying scheme all pleaded not guilty in federal court in Montgomery on Oct. 15. A trial date of April 4 was set for all 11 by U.S. Magistrate Judge Wallace Capel Jr.  (TAB)
