Bobbie Jean Benton Best died Jan. 20. She was 79.  Best was the wife of James Richard Best, retired director of missions for Bethlehem and Pine Barren Baptist associations and most recently associate pastor of Thomasville Church. She is survived by her husband; three children; six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
