Boones Chapel Baptist Church, Prattville, hosted its second Food Truck Fest May 15 featuring games, face painting and best of all lots and lots of food trucks.
The trucks came from Huntsville, Birmingham, Montgomery and Auburn, serving barbecue, hot dogs, Mexican fare and other meaty main dishes, along with cheesecake, popsicles and other sweet treats. Several hundred people attended.
The event was free, organizers at Boones Chapel said, with the only cost being whatever attendees chose to eat. (TAB)
