Bower Memorial honors church clerk

Bower Memorial Baptist Church, Evergreen, in Conecuh Baptist Association honors Eva McCutcheon on Oct. 27 for 38 years of service as church clerk. Pastor Jim Griffin presented McCutcheon with a plaque. She has been a member of the church for 53 years and has served the church in the choir, in the nursery, in Vacation Bible School and is currently teaching a senior adults Sunday School class. McCutcheon and her husband, Billy, have one son and two grandchildren.
