Nine University of Mobile (UM) students participated in the College Council for Constitutional Reform Rally in Montgomery April 25. They joined other Alabama college students rallying on the steps of the Alabama Capitol and then lobbied legislators to pass legislation promoting the reform of Alabama’s Constitution, which was written in 1901.
