CAMPBELLSVILLE, Ky. — Kentucky Baptist-affiliated Campbellsville University has received a $1 million capital gift — the largest in the school’s history — toward the building of a planned $4 million chapel and home for its school of theology. University trustee George Ransdell and his wife, Marie, made the lead gift, which will result in naming the chapel in their honor. Campbellsville’s theology school offers both undergraduate and graduate degree programs.
