Canaan Church, Bessemer, staff change

Morgan Bailey is the new pastor of Canaan Church, Bessemer, effective April 2. Bailey comes to Canaan from Santuck Church, Wetumpka, where he served as pastor for 14 years. He has served four other churches in Florida and Alabama. Bailey holds an associate’s degree from Lurleen B. Wallace Junior College, a bachelor’s degree in theology from the Baptist College of Florida in Graceville and a master’s degree in ministry from Luther Rice Seminary in Lithonia, Ga. He and his wife, Ritta, have two sons.
