Capitol Heights Church, Montgomery, will celebrate the 25th anniversary of their pastor, J. Warren Culver, on March 25. His wife, Paula, also will be recognized for serving faithfully in the areas of children’s and women’s ministries. Sunday morning services begin at 10:30 a.m.
