Media outlets are reporting the Nov. 3 death of Smiths Station Mayor F.L. “Bubba” Copeland, who also served as pastor of First Baptist Church Phenix City.
Confusion remains over exactly what Smiths Station mayor and FBC Phenix City pastor Bubba Copeland disputes in recent allegations versus what he claims as being appropriate as long as it is separate from his professional and ministry roles.
