All Clarke College alumni are invited to gather for their annual meeting April 16 from 9 a.m. to noon at Calvary Baptist Church in Newton, Miss.
Sammy Gilbreath, evangelism director for the Alabama Baptist State Board of Missions and a 1968 Clarke College alumnus, will be the featured speaker.
Representatives from the class of 1975 will provide musical entertainment for the event. A Dutch-treat luncheon at BoRo’s Restaurant will follow.
A pre-meeting gathering will be held April 15 from 6:30 to 10 p.m. in the fellowship hall of First Baptist Church, Newton, featuring comedian Cletus L. Mergatroyd, snacks and fellowship.
