The Receptionist and Client Specialist must possess organizational skills, multi-tasking abilities, and sound knowledge of client record keeping. This position will be responsible for all counseling paperwork and filing, account management, records requests, and
management of archived (paper and electronic) files. This position will act as a client liaison to assist new intakes in addition to following up on open invoices. This position will lead in any front office duties necessary for the functioning of the Birmingham location.

Applicants must have experience in Finance or Accounting. Applicants must also have a valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
