LaFayette First Baptist Church is seeking a Part-Time Music Director. The Music Ministry Director will provide leadership and direction for the Church's music ministry, including instrumental music, choral music, congregational hymns, as well as plan and direct performances and special music for Christmas, Easter, and other services and ministry opportunities throughout the year. The Music Director will organize and lead rehearsals that are necessary to adequately prepare for Sunday services and special music performances. The Music Director will work alongside other staff and ministry leaders to develop meaningful worship opportunities for children, students, and the entire congregation. We are not simply looking for someone who can sing. We are looking for someone with a heart to worship God.
