Tonya Woodward, who worked with Columbia Baptist Association as financial secretary and administrative assistant to Director of Missions Jerry Grandstaff, was arrested Oct. 8, according to news reports coming out of Dothan.  According to a report by the Dothan Eagle, court records show that Dothan police investigators arrested Woodward, charging her with 10 felony counts of second-degree theft of property. …
