CP ahead of mid-year projection by 4.9%

NASHVILLE — Year-to-date contributions to national and international missions and ministries received by the Southern Baptist Convention (SBC) Executive Committee (EC) are 4.90 percent above the year-to-date SBC Cooperative Program (CP) Allocation Budget projection, and 2.40 percent above contributions received during the same time frame in 2017.

The $100,706,826.63 received by the EC for the first six months of the fiscal year, Oct. 1–March 31, for distribution through the CP Allocation Budget represents 104.90 percent of the $96,000,000.00 year-to-date budgeted projection to support Southern Baptist ministries. The total is $2,358,588.29 more than the $98,348,238.34 received through March 31, 2017. (BP)
