Crossroad Church, Hueytown, disciple now

Crossroad Church, Hueytown, will hold a disciple now event called Get Off the Fence, Engage Your World With Christ Feb. 18–20 with S.W.A.T. Ministries, of Athens, Ga. Andrew McClure will speak. For information call Jason at 205-389-2160. The church also will host a new ministry for the west side of Jefferson County called The Connection, a worship experience for young adults ages 18 to 30. The service will be Thursdays at 7 p.m. beginning March 3 in its newly renovated student ministry center called The HUB. The house band will lead worship, and Jason Green, associate pastor/student minister, will speak. Guest bands and speakers will be announced prior to their appearance. Jimmy Bradford is pastor.
