Damascus Church, Elba, new pastor

Steve Watson is the new pastor of Damascus Church, Elba. He previously served as youth minister for First Church, Enterprise. He holds an associate’s degree from Enterprise State Community College, a bachelor’s degree in history from Samford University in Birmingham, a bachelor’s degree in English and secondary education from Troy University and a master of religious education degree from Southwestern Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas. He and his wife, Tama, have four children.
