Q: What led you to become active in church?
A: I was raised in a Presbyterian church and my life had been centered around the church. My parents taught me that.
Q: Why have you done this activity?
A: I just love to go to church to serve in the church because I know I’m serving my Lord and Master. I like to encourage other people to serve the Lord.
Q: What does the ministry demand?
A: It demands my time, my very being in fact. It’s something that I want to do. It means that I’m being useful to other people.
Q: What do you get from the ministry?
A: The joy of serving somebody and knowing that I bring a little comfort in their lives by visiting them and sending cards.
Q: How do other family members support you?
A: They are always there for me. We are a very close family. They support me in anything I do.
Q: How do you see yourself involved in this in the future?
A: I hope to continue to stay active and stay involved as a senior adult because there are so many ministries that you can do even if you are homebound. I hope till the day I die that I will be useful to the Lord.
