Stephen Chapman is the new associate pastor of students and families for Deerfoot Church, Trussville. Chapman served the past five years at McConnell Memorial Church, Hiawassee, Ga. He previously served churches in Birmingham and Montgomery. Chapman grew up in Trussville and First Church, Trussville, where he was licensed and ordained. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and a master of divinity from New Orleans Seminary. Chapman and his wife, April, have two children. Roger Willmore is pastor.
