First Baptist Church, Loxley, on mission

A team of 14 people from First Baptist Church, Loxley — led by Pastor Bo Rice — traveled to Callebasse, Haiti, June 13–20 to work with House of Blessings Children’s Home.

The team from the Baldwin Baptist Association church poured a concrete slab so that the children would have a place to play and a concrete driveway. Team members also ministered to the children by playing and building relationships with them. “It was an incredible trip, and it was life changing for a number of our students,” Rice said. “Even grown men were crying when we had to leave.”
