First Baptist Church, Trussville, on mission

Men on Mission, the men’s ministry of First Baptist Church, Trussville, in Birmingham Baptist Association, sent a team of 45 men to work on a church building project in Sparta, Mo., June 12–19.

Last summer, the team framed First Baptist Church, Sparta. This summer, it returned to hang dry wall and build a fire escape.

“This was a good trip. God was in charge and made the work easier,” said Bobby Page, who, along with Bob Wood, led the team.
