Jeffrey D. Elliott is the new minister to children at First Church, Gulf Shores. Elliott comes from Locust Grove Church, Murray, Ky. He holds a master of divinity degree from Golden Gate Seminary and will complete his doctorate of ministry degree in evangelism and church growth in 2007. Elliott and his wife, Debra, have two daughters. Lloyd Stilley is pastor.
