First Church, Hopewell, staff change

Herbert Chapman is the new pastor of First Church, Hopewell, in Bessemer. He comes from Camp Branch Church, West Blocton. He also served Shady Grove Church #2, West Blocton, and Davis Creek Church, Brookwood. Chapman is a graduate of Liberty Bible College in Homosassa, Fla., and Samford University in Birmingham. He and his wife, Ann, have three children.
