First Church, Mobile, program and candlelight service

The Sanctuary Choir of First Church, Mobile, will present “The Word Made Flesh” featuring oboist Jenny Covington Dec. 14, 11 a.m. The church will also hold Poinsettia Sunday in memory and honor of loved ones and friends. Breakfast at 10 a.m. in the fellowship hall. Preschool nursery will be available. On Dec. 21, there will be a candlelight service at 5:30 p.m. The adult handbell choir will provide special music.
