Fish & Loaves Ministries reaches out to families from Bessemer to Gadsden by distributing boxes of food, providing school supplies for children and offering adult education and parenting classes, among many other efforts. At Christmas, Fish & Loaves sponsored efforts at area churches that encouraged Sunday School classes to adopt children to buy presents for and then give the presents to the parents during a pre-Christmas event.
