Randy Johnson is the new pastor of Friendship Church, Bon Secour. He and his wife, Janie, were houseparents for the Alabama Baptist Children’s Homes & Family Ministries Mobile campus. Johnson is an adjunt professor in the Center for Adult Programs at the University of Mobile. He also has served churches in Louisiana, Mississippi and Alabama for 40 years. He is a graduate of Athens State University, New Orleans Seminary and Covington Theological Seminary in Rossville, Ga. Johnson and his wife have four children and six grandchildren.
