Easter in Japan was definitely a memorable one. The Williamses and I went to a service, then we went to a Hilton Hotel at Disney World to hold another Easter service and baptismal service. A couple we know made a bid on the Imperial Suite of this hotel and got it so they wanted to use it for the glory of God, and that is what we did. About 25 people gathered in the bathroom of this suite, and we baptized this sweet sister in Christ.
Mami and I have also begun studying more in-depth about the Bible and memorizing some verses in Japanese. She was baptized the first weekend in May. Please continue to pray for her growth and deeper understanding.
And finally, God has really been laying the ideas about a house church Bible study group on my heart. I can see where He has placed the people in my path, now it just needs to be all in His perfect timing.
Please pray with me that He will be in total control. I and many others feel we are on the brink of a new work of the Lord in this place, that is why prayer is so vitally important right now.
So I thank you from the bottom of my heart and I pray that God will bless you as you pray for the people of Japan.
