Q: What led you to teach children?
A: When my son started college, I think I had empty-nest syndrome, and I needed children around me. God just put them there to fill that void.

Q: What does the ministry demand?
A: It demands patience and a lot of love.

Q: What do you get from the ministry?
A: I receive love back from the children.

Q: How do family members support you?
A: They just encourage me to go to the limits.

Q: How do you see yourself involved in this in the future?
A: I pray to be there as long as God sees fit to keep me there.

Q: What difference will this make for you in the future?
A: Doing this has made me a better grandparent. I think that doing this has also brought my husband closer to the Lord, and I think it has made my marriage stronger.
