Highland Church, Florence, new associate pastor for congregational growth and development

Sammy Gilbreath is the new associate pastor for congregational growth and development for Highland Church, Florence. He will serve in a part-time position for one year, with option to extend. Gilbreath will continue his part-time role as director of the Alabama Baptist State Board of Mission’s office of evangelism. He and his wife, Carol, have two children and four grandchildren. John Brock is pastor.
