Teddy Ward is the new senior adult pastor of Hillcrest Baptist Church, Enterprise. He began preaching at 14 years old, only a year after being saved.
He is a graduate of the University of Mobile and New Orleans Seminary. He led his first church while in seminary: New Hinson Baptist Church, Slocomb. He served with the North American Mission Board as a church planter and pastor in New York City.
He was also pastor of several other churches: First Baptist Church Abbeville; Calvary Baptist Church, Abbeville; and Maple Avenue Baptist Church, Geneva, where he retired in June 2021.
He and his wife, Charlotte, have three children and five grandchildren.
