Hunter Street Baptist Church welcomes new preschool minister

Ellen Olive is the new minister of preschool for Hunter Street Baptist Church, Hoover. She and her family have been active members and leaders at Hunter Street since joining in 2008.

Olive holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Alabama and a master’s degree from the University of West Alabama in elementary education. She has taught in Pelham and Hoover City Schools for 14 years, most recently as a kindergarten teacher.

She and her husband, Anthony, have two children.
