The Center of Performing Arts at the University of Mobile (UM) will feature piano improvisations on renowned hymns in Moorer Auditorium in Martin Hall Feb. 17, 7:30 p.m.
Christopher Lovely, UM adjunct instructor of piano and staff accompanist, will present “Hymn Improvisations,” a free recital that will include musical classics such as “Rock of Ages,” “It Is Well with My Soul” and more, along with historical information about each hymn.
