1. Authorities in Angola continue to investigate the tragic death of a missionary, who was fatally stabbed Oct. 25. Further adding to the tragedy, the wife of the missionary has been taken into custody, along with at least two other suspects, in connection with the murder.
2. Following the devastation caused by Hurricane Helene, First Baptist Church leaders felt it was a good time to alter its tradition. “We decided to take our fall festival on the road,” said Craig Mintz, a pastor at FBC Sevierville, Tennessee.
3. The three-minute video – a throwback to 1940s-style animation – tells the story of a young boy God has called to the mission field. And that’s where the Cooperative Program comes to the rescue.
