J.C. Turner called as new pastor of Faith Baptist

J.C. Turner is the new pastor of Faith Baptist Church, Union Springs. A retired schoolteacher, Turner also previously retired from the pastoral ministry after more than 50 years. He has served churches in Barbour, Bullock, Coffee and Crenshaw counties as well as churches in the southern edge of Montgomery County. Turner and his wife, Leona, have been married 54 years and have four children, eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
