A lawsuit was filed March 17 by Johnny Hunt’s attorneys in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee Nashville Division. Defendants are the Southern Baptist Convention, the SBC Executive Committee and Guidepost Solutions.
No dollar amount was mentioned but a jury trial has been requested.
