Judson College student Sheila Palmer, of Chelsea, was awarded an Alabama Horse Council Scholarship at the recent Alabama Horse Fair. Palmer, a sophomore, is majoring in equine science with a minor in business. Palmer is a member of Judson College’s Intercollegiate Horse Show Association Hunt Seat team.
