Judson College will sponsor the seventh annual “Treats on Bibb Street” on Oct. 31 from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
The event takes place on Bibb Street in front of the Judson campus and provides local children with a safe and fun trick-or-treating experience. It will feature carnival-style games, face painting, a haunted house and other activities.
