Thomas Wilson, professor of biology at Judson College, will be honored by the Cahaba River Society on Jan. 29. He will receive the annual Cahaba Conservationist of the Year award at the group’s annual meeting to be held at the Birmingham Botanical Gardens. Wilson, an Arkansas native, has taught at Judson since 1972.
