Judson Student to Work at Camp Illahee

Judson College student and equestrian team member Alyssa Hicks of Robstown, Texas, will serve as a counselor at Camp Illahee in Brevard, N.C., beginning June 2.

The camp, located in the mountains of western North Carolina, offers indoor and outdoor activities for girls second grade through high school. Hicks will serve on the riding staff, giving lessons to campers and caring for the animals. She plans to take her horse Freedom with her to use in the riding lessons.
