A 75-member team representing 13 churches — 10 in Marion Baptist Association and three in Lamar Baptist Association — traveled to Morehouse, Mo., the second week in July for this year’s Total Mission Ministry trip.
The annual trip utilizes different types of missions work to minister to different people. Working with First Baptist Church, Morehouse, Mo., team members participated in construction, Vacation Bible School (VBS), nursing home visits, basketball camp and cheerleading camp. Team members ranged in age from 12 to 80 years old.
