Liberty Hill Church, Clanton, anniversary

Liberty Hill Church, Clanton, will celebrate its 150th anniversary Sept. 27–28. There will be a barbecue picnic and time of sharing in the fellowship hall Saturday 4–6 p.m. The Sunday morning service will be at 9:45 with special music from former music directors and members. A southern gospel singing with Gene Lowery and The Samaritans will follow at 10:45 a.m. Former pastor Roland Davis will bring the message. A potluck lunch will follow.
