Macedonia Church, Union Springs, will hold Celebrate the Family weekend Sept. 29–30 with singer, speaker and musical ventriloquist Lee Pitts. There will be a family cookout Sept. 29, 5 p.m., and the service will be at 7. Pitts will present a Sunday School program titled Put-Off/Put-On Sept. 30, 9:45 a.m. The worship service at 11 a.m. will also feature Pitts and her pals, music and testimonies.
