Made for Paradise

Made for Paradise

Patricia Hart Terry. Birmingham: New Hope Publishers, 2007. 256 pp. (Paperback).

It is indeed a pleasure to read and review this extremely helpful book.

Quite frankly, readers are in debt to this author inasmuch as she shares principles and practices that will significantly improve physical, mental and spiritual health.

In fact, another popular nutritionist calls this work “the magnifying glass to find the answer to healthy living.”

Actually Patricia Hart Terry advocates a healthy lifestyle involving physical activity, healthy eating and rest. She also emphasizes that this is God’s original plan. This reviewer heartily agrees.

Jo Ellen O’Hara, food editor of The Birmingham News, wrote: “Dr. Terry beautifully combines strong religious beliefs and desires for a healthy life.” With more than 30 years of experience as a registered and licensed dietician, Terry is chair of the department of nutrition and dietetics at Samford University in Birmingham.

Her last sentence reads: “Be faithful to do His will until Christ returns and takes us to reign and worship and fellowship forever with Him in Paradise.”
