Charles “Charlie” Howell will begin as the new director of missions for Madison Association on Aug. 14. He previously served as pastor of First Church, Blue Ridge, Ga. He holds a master of divinity from Southwestern Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas, and a doctor of ministry from Luther Rice Seminary in Lithonia, Ga. Howell is married to Susan.
