Marion Baptist Association hosts J4U Intentional Evangelism event

Two people made professions of faith in Jesus Christ during a recent J4U event held by Marion Baptist Association.

J4U, an Intentional Evangelism event aimed at students in the association, was held at the Pastime Theater in Winfield. The outreach effort attracted 79 area youth May 5.

The Jacksonville, Fla., based Jud Kossum Band led worship for the event.

“Next year we will have this event in the northern part of the county,” said Mark Gallups, director of missions. “If you missed this event this year, you missed a blessing.”
