James Earl Massey, of Greensboro, made his 10th consecutive annual visit to Judson College chapel Sept. 6. Massey was founding pastor of Metropolitan Church of God in Detroit and served as radio preacher for the Church of God’s “Christian Brotherhood Hour” for five years.
He taught at Anderson University in Indiana and Tuskegee University before becoming adjunct professor of preaching at Beeson Divinity School at Samford University in Birmingham.
