McElhaney named pastor emeritus

Ray McElhaney (center), retired pastor of FBC Tanner, was honored by the church with the title of pastor emeritus April 19. He and his wife, Clara, (left) served there 37 years and are still active in the church. Gary Enfinger (right) is pastor.
