Mineral Springs Church, Mount Olive, new pastor

Doyle Creel is the new pastor of Mineral Springs Church, Mount Olive. He is a graduate of the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He previously served as pastor for 15 years at Labuco Church, Quinton, and five years as pastor of Williamsburg Church, Adamsville. He also previously served as a school teacher at Bradford Elementary in Pinson and Kermit Johnson Elementary in Pinson, and as assistant principal of West Jefferson High School and principal of West Jefferson Elementary in Quinton. He and his wife, Cyndi, have two children and five grandchildren.
